SynergiPro BPO Solutions Pvt Ltd (“SynergiPro”, “we”, “our”) offers a range of professional services including loan recovery, customer support, chat support, email support, and data analytics (collectively, the “Services”). Access to certain Services may require a subscription or payment of fees as indicated on our website or platform.

By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

SynergiPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Services. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Trial periods, if offered, are subject to the same Terms and may be revoked at our discretion.

All payments must be made in the currency specified and within the timelines indicated. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services until fees are fully paid. SynergiPro may modify fees, billing methods, or subscription terms at any time, with notice provided through electronic communication.

7. Free Trial Services

SynergiPro may offer free trial access to certain Services for a limited period to allow potential users to evaluate our offerings. Free trial services are provided subject to all Terms of Use outlined herein.

During the trial period, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Services. Trial access is intended solely for evaluation purposes and may be restricted in functionality compared to full subscription services.

SynergiPro reserves the right to terminate or modify trial access at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion. Users must comply with all Terms of Use during the trial period, and any misuse or violation may result in immediate termination of trial access.

No fees paid during the trial period are refundable. Users who wish to continue using the Services after the trial must subscribe to a paid plan and agree to the applicable terms and fees.

9. User Registration

You must not share your account or credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify SynergiPro by contacting our support team at support@synergipro.in.

14. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in New Delhi under the rules of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DAC).

The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator who is experienced in commercial and technology-related disputes. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the arbitration.

15. Modifications

SynergiPro reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Any such updates are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

SynergiPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of our Services at its sole discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Use, non-payment of fees, fraudulent activity, or any misuse of Services.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must stop using our Services and delete or return any proprietary materials obtained through our Services.

17. Force Majeure

SynergiPro shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in the performance of Services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fire, floods, epidemics, acts of government, labor strikes, power outages, network failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, SynergiPro will make reasonable efforts to resume Services as soon as possible and will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by such events.
